  • On warranty service, you pay for shipping to LLI and LLI will pay for return ground shipping within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.
  • For non-warrantied products, the customer is responsible to pay for return shipping in addition to shipping to LLI. To expedite the repair process, we pre-authorize payment for non-warranty service prior to shipment to LLI. The customer is responsible for a separate charge for return shipping.
